This role involves quality checks and accessing step-by-step instructions through computer programs. Responsibilities • Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools like screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches. • Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller pieces. • Perform quality checks on assembled products before moving to the next step. • Use computers to access step-by-step assembly instructions, requiring logging into multiple programs. Essential Skills • Experience in production and computer operation. • Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and soldering. • Basic computer literacy for accessing instructions. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 1 year of assembly experience preferred. • 1-2 years of soldering experience can lead to higher starting pay. • Experience in picking and packaging is helpful. • Individuals from customer service roles tend to perform well.
