Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate maintains accurate inventory records, supports regular cycle counts, and ensures proper material movement and storage within both warehouse and production areas. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, organization, and adherence to standard work practices while supporting daily warehouse and production operations. Responsibilities • Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and inventory audits. • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances in a timely manner. • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders. • Ensure all materials are properly labeled, stored, and placed in the correct inventory locations. • Perform material transactions accurately and promptly using the appropriate systems and tools. • Stage and issue materials to production as required to support ongoing operations. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in accordance with 5S standards. Essential Skills • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing environment. • Hands-on experience with inventory, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and RF scanners. • Basic math skills to support counting, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy. • Basic data entry skills to accurately record transactions and updates in inventory systems. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks such as lifting, carrying, and staging materials. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently. • Experience with inventory management or ERP systems. • Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution. • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification. Additional Skills & Qualifications • High school diploma or GED. • Familiarity with 5S or similar workplace organization methodologies. • Comfort using RF scanners and related warehouse technology. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. • Reliable, safety-conscious approach to working in a warehouse and production environment. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, organization, and adherence to 5S standards, with a focus on safe and efficient material flow between the warehouse and production areas. Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Stafford, VA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $41600.00/yr.PTO, Sick pay, 401k, medical, dental, vision Workplace TypeThis is a fully onsite position in Stafford,VA.
