Job Title: Night Shift Warehouse Fulfillment Team MemberJob DescriptionJoin a growing warehouse team on the night shift, where you accurately pick, pack, and assemble small baby care products and accessories for customer orders. You will work with light items, verify order accuracy, and prepare shipments while following safety procedures and supporting a clean, organized work environment. Responsibilities • Select customer orders using pick sheets, focusing on small, lightweight items such as baby clothing, onesies, binkies, accessories, bottles, and other baby care products. • Accurately assemble product kits based on specific order requirements and instructions. • Verify product counts and inspect items for quality, damage, and completeness before packing. • Double-check order accuracy prior to packing and ensure all items match the pick sheet. • Pack items into appropriately sized boxes, ensuring secure placement and proper use of packing materials. • Seal boxes neatly and securely using tape and prepare them for outbound shipping. • Label packages and product kits correctly and clearly for shipping and inventory purposes. • Use tools such as RF scanners and labeling equipment to pick, track, and process orders, as needed. • Support shipping and receiving activities by helping with order picking, packing, and staging for shipment. • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift, following warehouse housekeeping standards. • Follow all safety procedures, warehouse protocols, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity and quality goals. • Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and assisting coworkers when needed. Essential Skills • Previous warehouse or production experience. • Demonstrated consistent and reliable work history. • Experience with order picking and packing in a warehouse or similar environment. • Ability to perform general labor tasks in a warehouse setting. • Experience with shipping and receiving processes. • Ability to use or learn RF scanners for picking and inventory tasks. • Strong attention to detail for verifying product counts and order accuracy. • Ability to follow written pick sheets and work instructions accurately. • Capability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. • Commitment to following safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Additional Skills & Qualifications • Experience with warehouse pick/pack operations. • Background in warehouse packing and picking/packing roles. • Familiarity with labeling processes and equipment. • Retail experience that supports strong customer focus and attention to detail. • Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. • Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet targets. Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a modern, brand-new warehouse environment with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and safety. The primary schedule for this position is the night shift from 7:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., Monday through Thursday. Other shifts in the facility include a day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and a weekend shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday through Sunday. The work involves handling small, lightweight baby products and accessories, using pick sheets, boxes, tape, labels, and RF scanners. You will spend most of your shift on your feet in a typical warehouse setting, collaborating with a team to meet daily goals while adhering to established safety and operational procedures. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
