Transloader / Material Handler Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8-hour shifts with significant overtime available. Employees should expect a 6-day workweek as needed, including either Saturday or Sunday. Start times are generally between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM based on seasonal operating requirements.Position Overview We are seeking a Transloader / Material Handler to support railcar transloading and industrial material handling operations. This is a hands-on role in an industrial environment, working with railcars, chemical transfer systems, hoses, and specialized equipment.This position is primarily outdoors and requires employees to work in various weather conditions throughout the year. While there are designated areas for breaks and relief, the majority of daily responsibilities are performed outside in the field.Key Responsibilities
• Perform transloading operations in a railcar and industrial setting • Transfer materials using chemical hoses and related equipment • Safely handle regulated and non-regulated materials • Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines • Work around chemicals, industrial equipment, and moving railcars • Wear required PPE, including respirators, Tyvek suits, fall protection, and other safety equipment • Climb ladders and equipment and work at heights when necessary • Assist with general site operations and material handling activities • Participate in company-provided safety and compliance training, including HAZWOPER certification if not already obtained Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following areas are encouraged to apply:
• Railcar transloading or rail spur operations • Chemical handling or chemical transfer operations • Oil and gas industry experience • Environmental services • Industrial material handling • Tanker operations or Class A CDL experience • Warehouse or material handling experience with a strong willingness to learn Qualifications
• High school diploma required • Must be clean-shaven to comply with respirator safety requirements • Comfortable working outdoors for the majority of the shift • Ability to wear respirators, Tyvek suits, fall protection, and other PPE as required • Comfortable working around chemicals and industrial equipment • Ability to climb, lift, and perform physically demanding work • Must be willing to work overtime and occasional weekend schedules as needed Why Join Us?
