Production Technician - Wind Tower Manufacturing Shift: Night Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM Pay: $22-25Full-Time Opportunity After 90 Days Build the Future of Renewable Energy Join a leading manufacturer in the renewable energy industry as a Production Technician. In this hands-on role, you'll help assemble the large steel foundation components used in wind tower construction. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble large-scale wind tower base components according to specifications • Cut, prepare, and position metal parts for welding and fabrication processes • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions • Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment • Follow all quality standards and workplace safety procedures • Support production goals while working as part of a team Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, automotive, aerospace, construction, mechanical, or general labor environments • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or schematics • Experience using hand tools, drills, torque wrenches, measuring tools, or similar equipment • Comfortable working in a physically demanding industrial environment • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Preferred Qualifications

• Previous fabrication, machine operation, or heavy manufacturing experience • Experience in welding preparation or metalworking • Willingness to learn overhead crane operation • Experience working with metric measurements Why Join Our Team?
