CONSTRUCTION QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER Looking for an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager with a experience in precast concrete. You'll oversee inspections, testing, documentation, and quality processes to ensure products meet PCI and customer standards. Job Functions
• Manage all quality control operations • Oversee concrete testing, inspections, and mix designs • Ensure PCI and quality compliance • Maintain quality documentation and records • Lead and develop QC team members • Work with plant leadership to improve quality and production Required Qualifications
• Experience in quality control within precast concrete or concrete manufacturing • Knowledge of PCI standards and quality programs • Experience with concrete testing and inspections • Leadership experience • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Additional Qualifications
