Forklift Operator's Needed Dickson, TN 1st & 2nd Shift $20-22.70/hr! This role serves as a Material Handler II on the 2nd shift, operating various powered industrial trucks to pick customer orders and move materials within a busy warehouse environment. You will use stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts to handle palletized products, perform heavy lifting of boxes up to 70 lbs throughout the shift, and support both outbound and inbound warehouse operations. The position runs Monday through Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with potential overtime and occasional Saturday work.Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and other powered industrial trucks to pick and move customer orders safely and efficiently. • Pull and assemble customer orders according to pick tickets and ensure products are staged correctly for packing or shipping. • Convey picked orders to packing stations or shipping areas and verify that orders are complete and accurate before shipment. • Perform inventory stock checks and assist with daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records. • Restock, organize, and label vendor products, including tools, caulk, and other materials, to ensure proper placement and identification. • Move, store, and replenish materials in designated warehouse locations using forklifts and other material handling equipment. • Perform receiving duties, including unloading inbound materials, checking shipments, and processing inbound deliveries. • Stock received materials in appropriate locations and process customer returns in accordance with established procedures. • Identify and report damaged shipments to management to support freight claim processing. • Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse by sweeping, removing trash, and assisting with restroom and general office maintenance as needed. • Follow all safety rules and guidelines outlined in the Safety Program and use equipment and tools in a safe manner. • Report all accidents, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts to management promptly. • Perform heavy lifting of boxes weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift when transferring tile boxes from one pallet to another. • Support other related warehouse and material handling tasks as required to meet operational needs. Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent experience. • Certified sit-down forklift operator or equivalent certification for powered industrial trucks. • 1 or more years of previous distribution or warehouse experience. • Minimum of 6 months of previous stand-up forklift or order picker equipment experience. • Demonstrated ability to safely operate stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, reach forklifts, and other material handling equipment. • Ability to repeatedly lift and move boxes weighing up to 70 lbs throughout the shift. • Ability to work the 2nd shift schedule of 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential overtime and occasional Saturday work. • Strong attention to detail when pulling, assembling, and checking customer orders for accuracy and completeness. • Ability to follow safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines consistently. • Capability to perform basic inventory checks and assist with cycle counting activities. • Experience with pallet handling and pallet jacks in a warehouse environment. • Familiarity with reach trucks and reach forklifts for high-bay or deep-reach storage. • Experience handling customer returns and processing inbound and outbound shipments. • Comfort working in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse setting with frequent material movement. • Ability to maintain clean and organized work areas, including warehouse, restrooms, and general office spaces. • Strong reliability and willingness to support overtime and occasional Saturday work when operational needs require it.
