Job Title: DriverJob DescriptionThis role operates a 26-foot box truck to transport materials between two nearby facilities while supporting loading, unloading, and inventory activities. The driver uses barcode scanners to ensure accurate documentation and maintains detailed delivery and vehicle records. This position works on 2nd shift and plays a key part in safe, efficient movement of goods within a large manufacturing environment.Responsibilities

• Drive a 26-foot box truck safely between two facilities in Belle Vernon and Charleroi, following all traffic laws and site safety procedures. • Load and unload materials from trucks using appropriate equipment and safe lifting practices. • Operate forklifts, including propane and stand-up models, to move and stage materials as needed. • Use barcode scanners to document shipments, receipts, and inventory movements with a high degree of accuracy. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and other relevant truck and route information. • Assist with inventory-related tasks, including verifying counts, organizing materials, and supporting stock control processes. • Inspect vehicles and equipment before use and report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly. • Follow all facility policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures while working on the manufacturing floor. • Coordinate with warehouse and production staff to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and material availability. • Keep work areas, trucks, and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order. Essential Skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Proven ability to drive and maneuver 26-foot box trucks safely. • Experience operating forklifts, including propane and stand-up models. • Ability to use barcode scanners for accurate documentation of deliveries and inventory. • Strong attention to detail for maintaining precise records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and related information. • Ability to perform loading and unloading tasks safely and efficiently. • Basic understanding of inventory processes and material handling in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience driving flatbed trucks. • Familiarity with working in large manufacturing or distribution facilities. • Comfort using handheld scanning devices and basic warehouse technology. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong communication with team members. Work involves driving between nearby facilities in Belle Vernon and Charleroi and spending time both in the truck and on the manufacturing floor. The position follows a structured shift schedule, with Daylight shift running from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 2nd Shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and includes a shift differential for 2nd shift. Employees regularly use trucks, forklifts (propane and stand-up), and barcode scanners as part of their daily work Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Charleroi, PA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47840.00/yr.They offer 3 different benefit packages for health/dental/vision, match 50% of what you contribute to your 401k up to 8% (they'd match 4), offer 3 food trucks on site Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for all employees, paid holidays, financial advisor and health coach available. PTO Schedule: 0-4 years = 10 Days. 5-14 years = 15 days. 15-19 years = 20 days. 20-29 years = 25 days.
