Job Title: Production WorkerPay $20/hourJob DescriptionThe Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by pulling parts, loading machinery, packing plastic products, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. • Pull parts and materials accurately from inventory to support production needs. • Load machinery with parts and materials in a safe and efficient manner. • Pack plastic parts according to established quality standards and packaging procedures. • Clean and maintain the production floor to ensure a safe and organized work environment. • Perform material handling tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds as needed. • Assist with warehouse inventory activities, including counting and organizing stock. • Use basic data entry skills to record production, inventory, or packing information. • Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures in an industrial setting. • Work effectively as part of a small team to meet production goals and deadlines. Essential Skills
• Previous production or industrial experience. • Experience with packing and picking in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. • Material handling skills, including safely lifting up to 50 pounds. • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory-related tasks. • Ability to work in an industrial environment that is not climate controlled. • Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a consistent schedule. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bogart, GA.
