Job Title: CompounderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled compounder to join our team, responsible for batching and mixing liquids while using equipment to measure and alter viscosity. The ideal candidate will have experience with machine interfaces and adhere to GMP procedures in compliance with regulations. Additionally, you will manufacture pilot batches and participate in troubleshooting problem batches.Responsibilities
• Batch and mix liquids using specialized equipment. • Utilize machine interfaces such as HMI and SC88. • Follow GMP procedures and comply with corporate and government guidelines. • Manufacture pilot batches and troubleshoot any issues with problem batches. • Measure and alter the viscosity of batches as necessary. Essential Skills
• Minimum of 2 years of compounding experience in a GMP environment. • Proficiency in basic math and measurement skills, including the use of viscometers and scales. • Experience with batching and correcting batches of 6,000 liters or more. • Ability to mix batches with five or more ingredients. Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in teamwork and effective communication with warehouse staff. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication with co-workers. Work EnvironmentWork in a temperature-controlled, clean, and organized environment with a faint smell of soap. Lab coats, long pants, masks, and steel-toed boots are provided and required. There are two openings, one for day shifts and one for night shifts, with a night shift premium.
