Electromechanical Assembler Location: Littleton, COSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PMPay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour Job Description We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Assembler to support the fabrication, assembly, and validation of advanced aerospace hardware. This role involves hands-on mechanical and electrical assembly work, following engineering drawings, procedures, and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate has experience working in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing and is comfortable using hand tools, interpreting technical documentation, and performing detailed assembly tasks. Responsibilities
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of critical hardware and support equipment • Follow detailed work instructions, engineering drawings, blueprints, schematics, and procedures • Assist with prototype and production hardware builds • Support testing activities and documentation requirements • Identify and communicate quality concerns or non-conformances to engineering and quality teams • Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and effectively • Work with adhesives, coatings, chemical cleaners, and other manufacturing materials • Maintain accurate production records and documentation • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing operation Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in an aerospace, electronics, electromechanical, or manufacturing assembly environment • Strong mechanical aptitude and fabrication skills • Experience using hand and power tools • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and assembly instructions • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications
• Electromechanical assembly experience • Electrical assembly experience • Soldering experience • Experience with circuit boards and electronic components • Familiarity with precision measuring tools such as micrometers • Experience in aerospace manufacturing environments Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods • Ability to use hands for detailed assembly work • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds • Ability to perform work requiring close vision, distance vision, and color vision Work Environment
