What You'll Do
ā¢ Assemble electrical and mechanical components used in aircraft lighting and safety systems ā¢ Read and follow work orders, blueprints, schematics, and production drawings ā¢ Perform soldering and precision assembly using hand tools ā¢ Operate basic assembly equipment and machinery ā¢ Inspect and handle small components with accuracy and attention to detail ā¢ Follow written and verbal instructions to meet production and quality standards ā¢ Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and escalate concerns when necessary ā¢ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area ā¢ Work independently while supporting overall team production goals ā¢ Follow all safety, quality, and static-control procedures What We're Looking For
