Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for: Team Leader in Billing team
Type of employment: permanent Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Manage day-to-day activities with the team; • Ensure that all business processes that impact on the Billing team are delivered effectively and within agreed SLA’s; • Respond to internal and external emails and calls; • Supervise and train junior staff or new trainees and encourage good Billing follow up skills and work ethic; • Secure process quality, standardization and automation, as well as participation in process standartization and efficiency projects; • Motivate and inspire team members; • Facilitate problem solving and collaboration; • Assure that the team members have the necessary support and training to effectively participate on the team.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
• Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Organizational and time-management skills; • Decision-making skills; • Strong background in accounting field, preferably within an international work environment (2+ years); • Fluent English (both written and oral) to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe and USA; • Self-driven, pro-active, with high quality focus on deliverables and deadlines.
