The clinic environment You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

The role As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes • Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care • Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships • Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey • Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio • Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand Progression & development We’re investing in the next generation of clinical leaders. • Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles • Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians • Multi-site or regional opportunities as our network continues to grow You’ll also benefit from:

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) • HCPC registration • 2+ years’ post-qualification experience • Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance • Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset • Excellent administrative and organisational skills We care.
