About this role
工作职责
• 负责化工设备、工程项目及服务类采购全流程管理。 • 主导供应商开发、评估及关系维护。 • 负责招标、商务谈判及合同管理。 • 推动采购降本增效，控制采购风险。 • 协调工程、生产、研发等部门，保障项目按期交付。
任职要求
• 本科及以上学历，采购、供应链、化工等相关专业。 • 5年以上化工行业采购经验，具备Capex项目采购背景。 • 熟悉化工设备、工程项目及供应商管理。 • 具备优秀的商务谈判、成本控制及风险管理能力。 • 具备良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，英语可作为工作语言优先。
