Title: UABOS Turkey: Document Cargo Operator

Program Summary The KBR UABOS Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT – INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Incirlik Air Base in Turkey. These services are delivered to support the 39th Air Base Wing, mission partners, and tenant units, encompassing a diverse range of personnel including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel. The program ensures the seamless functioning of operations, maintenance, and support activities essential for the sustained mission readiness and operational effectiveness of UABOS and its associated units. Job Summary Provide cargo support services to include delivering all priority and time-sensitive shipments. Coordinate with Material Management and Inbound Cargo to support processes. Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide support Monday thru Friday, between 0730-1630 hours • Manage and maintain Documented Cargo IAW AFI 24-301 and AFQTP 24-3-100 • Provide Priority & Time Sensitive Delivery services to include all levels of priority and MICAPS to installation units IAW AFI 24-301 • Perform Documented Cargo functions IAW the TDD concept signed by the LRS commander • Utilize scheduled sweeps to ensure efficiency of operations • Work with Material Management Flight and Inbound Cargo to establish presorting method to accommodate established sweep/route schedules • Maintain current copies of delivery, unit point of contact, and Classified Receipt Listing received from Material Management Flight
Basic Qualifications
• Must be an American citizen • Must have or be capable of obtaining US Secret Security Clearance • Meet the qualifications of AFSC 2T151, Ground Transportation Journeyman as defined in AFMAN 36-2100. • Possesses or has the ability to obtain a driver’s license IAW Host nation laws, applicable AFI’s, or SOFA requirements
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in Documented Cargo Operator role • Experience performing OLVIMS data entry • Familiarity with established TURAF rules and procedures for Incirlik AB
