We are looking for motivated employees to join our team at the KN Branch , the GS Air Logistics Perishables (AP) team is a dedicated setup supporting 24/7 perishable operations across KN countries, ensuring timecritical, endtoend execution in line with product, quality, and compliance standards, while strengthening the GS footprint within the perishables vertical.
How you create impact The purpose of this function is the operate Perishables (AP) shipments to the highest standards with the expectation to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
This includes, but is not limited to, transport and customs arrangements, shipment monitoring and active communication with customers and KN stakeholders. Additionally, interaction with third party suppliers may be required.

• Perishables operational tasks (transport planning, customs, status monitoring and updates, pre-alerts)
• Pro-active customer communication via email, phone or dedicated online portals
• Communication with both internal and external stakeholders
• Handling of exceptions, deviations and customer escalation
• 24/7 Operations and availability
