About this role
Overall Role Purpose Provide air uplift and/or domestic trucking/shuttle infrastructure, which supports local and network service objectives and standards. Daily maintenance of flight bookings and space allocation. Reconcile cost effectiveness Key Accountabilities
• Provide accurate and analytic performance / incident report to enhance quality / performance. • Carry out list of NCG Must-Do’s • Proactive and immediate response to all customers requirement. • Provide timely and accurate linehaul information to reflect to the strategies and sales tools • Arrange space requirement both on network and commercial flight • Requisite/Book Airline space on the appropriate flight with the most advantageous linehaul rate • Represent DHL as the communication channel for airline issue and build up the good relationship • Arrange meeting with airline from monthly analyse record and report. • Communicate the flight schedule and space allocation for the specific customers requirement when required. • Activate the contingency plan when required and timely manner • Effective and concise communication with network, partner ie negotiation, change and time management
Qualifications
• Prefer at least 1 year experience within airline, transportation or logistics industry. • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/ Logistics / Cargo Management preferred) • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) • Strong Communication skills (English) in speaking, listening, reading and writing • Willing to work in shift 24*7, along with multi-tasks, pressure and changes management • Analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, organizing skills • Leadership, effective listen – convince, interpersonal skills, Can Do spirit and Positive thinking • Enthusiastic, dynamic drive, detail and result, energetic and principle • Fast learner on applications and reporting tools
