About this role
Overall Role Purpose Executes flight movement alerts, transmission of shipment information and preparation of flight documentations. Rectifies and follow up with network on non-conforming shipments. Accountabilities
• Provide accurate and analytical performance/incident report to enhance performance quality. • Communicate with service provider to get information on flight and shipment details. • Work with airlines to implement outbound and inbound service enhancements. • Create airlines documents e.g. MAWB, MAFS, inbound/outbound Cargo Transfer • Obtain customer exception request. Obtain airline MAWB information. • Handling of non-conforming shipments e.g. DG, damage, found shipment, miss code and RTO • Updating of shipment/flight status files; Cutting of flight MAWB; • Maintaining of pre-printed HUID labels with profile; • Provide shipment manifest and movement alerts • Generate internal reports e.g. daily parent HUID, movement closing time • Update damaged/lost-content shipment in SID • Support Operations as assigned
Qualifications:
• Prefer at least 1 year experience within airline, transportation or logistics industry. • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/ Logistics / Cargo Management preferred) • Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) • Strong Communication skills (English) in speaking, listening, reading and writing • Willing to work in shift 24*7, along with multi-tasks, pressure and changes management • Analytical, problem-solving, adaptability, organizing skills • Leadership, effective listen – convince, interpersonal skills, Can Do spirit and Positive thinking • Enthusiastic, dynamic drive, detail and result, energetic and principle • Fast learner on applications and reporting tools
