The Executive, First Choice & Continuous Improvement Support will be responsible for providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to ensure the successful deployment and sustainability of First Choice initiatives across Malaysia and Singapore. The role focuses on monitoring First Choice tools adoption and compliance, coordinating training activities, managing performance reporting, and supporting stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. Job Responsibilities: • Support ongoing monitoring of First Choice tools initiative, adoption, and compliance across products and stations. • Coordinate training nominations, scheduling, attendance tracking, certification records, and completion reporting. • Prepare, maintain, and analyze dashboards, trackers, and management reports on key First Choice metrics. • Handle administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of First Choice programs. • Support stakeholder engagement and communication regarding First Choice initiatives and updates. • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement. • Provide continuity of First Choice responsibilities by coordinating resources and backup support across stations. We are expecting the incumbent to meet these requirements: • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Good analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail. • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement approach. • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions and stations. • Experience in training coordination, reporting, or project support is an advantage.
