• Manage the Country Manager’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and related administrative requirements. • Coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, documentation of minutes, and tracking of action items to ensure timely completion. • Facilitate communication and information flow between leadership, internal departments and external partners. • Prepare presentations, reports, summaries, and other communication materials for leadership and business stakeholders. • Support the consolidation of governance, leadership, and business performance reporting. • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidential information in line with company policies. • Organize leadership events, workshops, town halls, and management visits as required. • Provide coordination and administrative support for business initiatives, projects, and special assignments. • Perform other duties as required to support business needs.
YOUR PROFILE
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent combination of education. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). OUR OFFER
