Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Digital Change Demand & Capability Lead who is strategic, collaborative and results-driven to join us in our Digital Technology team, based in our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium. About the role As our Senior Digital Change & Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how digital change is delivered across the organization. You will help evaluate and prioritize change management demand across a broad portfolio of digital initiatives, ensuring projects receive the right level of support, expertise, and resources. You will also help strengthen change management capabilities across the company by developing methodologies, building internal expertise, and driving consistent adoption practices. Who you'll work with You will be working in a team dedicated to enabling successful digital transformation across the business. You will partner closely with digital technology leaders, project teams, communications specialists, talent professionals, and external partners to ensure employees are ready to embrace change and realize the value of new technologies. You will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, helping create a scalable and sustainable approach to digital change while contributing to the evolution of our transformation practices. What you'll do
• Lead the intake, assessment, prioritization, and resource planning of change management requests across a large portfolio of digital initiatives • Partner with project and business leaders to assess change impacts, adoption risks, organizational readiness, and support requirements • Develop and maintain change management methodologies, tools, standards, and guidance to ensure consistency across transformation initiatives • Build internal change management capabilities through learning programs, onboarding, coaching, and capability development initiatives • Monitor demand, resource allocation, adoption metrics, and portfolio performance to support effective decision-making and governance • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through analytics, automation, and digital tools that enhance change management practices • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation programs Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology or any relevant field • At least 8 years of experience leading change management activities within large-scale digital transformation programs • Certification in a recognized change management methodology and practical experience applying it in complex environments • Experience with information technology service management processes, agile ways of working, and digital technology delivery environments • Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels • Experience building capabilities, developing talent, or establishing change management practices within an organization • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and insights to support prioritization, resource planning, and continuous improvement Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
