Application Developer
Job description: Job Summary Develop, enhance, and automate Radiology application workflows, integrations, utilities, and operational tools. The role requires strong automation capability, product development understanding, and hands-on development experience in healthcare imaging environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop automation solutions for Radiology imaging operations, monitoring, reporting, and support workflows. • Build scripts, tools, APIs, utilities, and reusable components using UiPath, Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell. • Support application enhancements, workflow improvements, defect fixes, and integration improvements. • Work with PACS, RIS, EMR, modalities, interface engines, and operational teams to automate manual processes. • Participate in design reviews, code reviews, release planning, testing, deployment, and production support. • Document technical design, automation logic, deployment steps, and support procedures.
Required Skills • Mandatory hands-on experience with UiPath. • Strong development experience in Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell. • Product development understanding, including SDLC, reusable components, version control, testing, CI/CD basics, and release management. • Good understanding of Radiology workflows, PACS, RIS, DICOM, HL7, modality worklists, and reporting workflows. • Experience with REST APIs, SQL, automation frameworks, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
Good to Have Skills / Certifications • UiPath Automation Developer Associate or Professional certification. UiPath’s Automation Developer Associate validates skills for designing and developing automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Robots, and Orchestrator. • Azure Developer Associate / Azure Fundamentals. • HL7, DICOM, or CIIP certification. • Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Docker, and test automation.
