Senior Application Developer
Job description: Job Summary Lead application development and automation delivery across Radiology, Cardiology/Hemo, and ancillary imaging applications. Own technical solutioning, automation strategy, development governance, code quality, reusable frameworks, and delivery oversight. Key Responsibilities • Lead AD team across automation, application enhancements, integrations, utilities, and product development activities. • Define automation strategy using UiPath, Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, APIs, and reusable frameworks. • Review solution designs, code quality, architecture alignment, security, scalability, and operational readiness. • Partner with architects, application teams, vendors, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver workflow improvements. • Drive development standards, estimation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, release readiness, and deployment governance. • Mentor developers and ensure adherence to SDLC, DevOps, documentation, and support transition standards. • Provide leadership reporting on development progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and delivery outcomes.
Required Skills • 10+ years of application development experience with strong healthcare IT or enterprise application background. • Mandatory UiPath expertise with strong Python, JavaScript, and PowerShell development experience. • Strong product development understanding including architecture, design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, scalability, and maintainability. • Experience in leading automation programs, development teams, technical design reviews, and production deployments. • Good understanding of PACS, CVIS, RIS, Hemo, ancillary systems, HL7, DICOM, APIs, and clinical workflows. • Strong leadership, communication, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have Skills / Certifications • UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional or Automation Developer Professional. UiPath’s certification program includes role-based credentials for automation development, solution architecture, AI-powered automation, and infrastructure engineering. • Azure Developer Associate / Azure Solutions Architect. • ITIL Foundation / ITIL Managing Professional. • CIIP, HL7, DICOM, or IHE certification. • Agile/Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist. • DevOps certification or hands-on Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions experience.
