Controlling Analyst
Job Description: Your Responsibilities: Regional Operational Controlling • Execute centralized recurring Controlling activities across APAC. • Standardize operational Controlling processes across business units and countries. • Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency of recurring Controlling deliverables. • Continuously improve regional Controllership operating procedures. Operational Performance Controlling • Perform recurring sales, gross margin and inventory performance monitoring. • Analyze operational trends and identify unusual financial movements. • Perform variance analysis supporting Country Controllers. • Monitor key operational KPIs and financial indicators. • Support management decision-making through operational financial analysis. Balance Sheet Governance Support • Execute recurring balance sheet governance activities. • Support Balance Sheet Review process across APAC. • Analyze inventory reserve movements, accrual reasonableness and working capital trends. • Perform recurring financial risk analysis. • Support Controllers in maintaining high-quality balance sheet governance. Commercial Controlling Support • Perform recurring hedge exposure monitoring and analysis. • Support Transfer Pricing execution and monitoring. • Support intercompany COE compliance • Perform recurring financial analysis supporting commercial operations Regional Controllership Excellence • Standardize recurring Controlling activities across APAC. • Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work. • Improve data quality and financial consistency. • Develop standardized Controlling book and best practices. • Promote process harmonization across APAC. Business Partnership • Collaborate with Country Controllers on recurring operational Controlling activities. • Support BU Finance, Treasury, Tax and Supply Chain with Controlling expertise. • Coordinate recurring financial analysis supporting regional business decisions. • Provide analytical support during budget, forecast and operational reviews Your Profile: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in Controlling / Accounting • Strong experience in manufacturing costing and/or trading entity controlling • Experience working with Shared Service Centers • Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision, JDE, Vax), including system implementation or upgrade is a strong plus • Experience in multinational environment preferred • Strong understanding of - US GAAP, Manufacturing, Inventory, Cost Accounting, Balance Sheet, Mess data analysis and Financial Analysis, Power BI, SAP / D365 • Excellent communication in English • Team spirit and work independently
