OTC Specialist with French- Lodz
Job Description: OTC Specialist with French Location: Infosys Poland in Lodz
Requirements: - University graduate - Experience in OTC team min 2 years - English and French language at least on C1 level - Good understanding of accounting rules - Higher education in accounting/finance and/ or accounting courses would be an asset - Very good communication skills, attitude for problem solving and team work skills - SAP knowledge would be an asset
Responsibilities: - Manage collection activities in French language - Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables - Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments - Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress - Initiating written/verbal communication to collect money - Building relationship with external customers - Maintaining and reconcile AR accounts - Collaboration with client, customers other departments
