Job Description The SAP ICSM Principal Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing SAP Intelligent Clinical Supply Management solutions for pharmaceutical The consultant works closely with business stakeholders, SAP S/4HANA teams, clinical supply chain teams, and integration teams to ensure efficient management of clinical trial supplies, study planning, manufacturing, distribution, and inventory visibility.
Your Role Gather and analyze clinical supply chain business requirements. Design and configure SAP ICSM processes to support clinical trial operations. Support study setup, demand planning, supply planning, packaging, labeling, and distribution processes. Integrate SAP ICSM with SAP S/4HANA and related applications. Support testing activities including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and validation activities. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and external partners. Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials. Participate in solution design workshops and process improvement initiatives.
Required SAP ICSM (Intelligent Clinical Supply Management) SAP S/4HANA SAP QM SAP PP / PP-PI SAP BTP fundamentals
Preferred SAP BRH (preferred) SAP EWM (preferred) Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience Knowledge of GxP and regulated environments
