Knowledge Management Specialist
Job Description: Location: Bucharest
This role is responsible for the governance, maintenance, publication, and optimization of partner support content and taxonomy. This role ensures partners can efficiently discover relevant resources, support topics, and recommended solutions through a well-structured information architecture and high-quality digital content. The ideal candidate combines expertise in content management, taxonomy governance, knowledge management, and stakeholder collaboration to drive self-service success, improve support content accuracy, and enhance the overall partner support experience.
Key responsibilities: • Maintain and update strategic support content that guides partners to relevant activities, tools, resources, and solutions; • Ensure support content remains accurate, current, and aligned with partner support strategies and organizational objectives; • Identify opportunities to improve self-help experiences, increase content effectiveness, and enhance customer satisfaction; • Manage and maintain taxonomy structures, metadata frameworks, and content classification standards across partner support ecosystems; • Publish and maintain taxonomy reference files, root-cause mappings, and associated knowledge management assets; • Ensure consistency and governance of support topics, recommended solutions, and content tagging methodologies • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve content discoverability and navigation experiences; • Manage end-to-end content production and publishing activities for digital support experiences; • Ensure timely publication of support content, updates, and new assets across designated platforms; • Monitor content quality, compliance, and publishing standards; • Maintain content lifecycle processes, including review, refresh, archival, and retirement activities; • Manage and complete requests received through Azure DevOps (ADO) for in-scope support content and taxonomy-related work; • Review, prioritize, and execute requests; • Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure successful delivery; • Partner with support, engineering, content, and business teams to ensure accurate and consistent support experiences; • Act as a subject matter expert for content governance, taxonomy standards, and publishing processes; • Support cross-functional initiatives to improve partner support effectiveness and operational excellence. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Communications, Computer Science, or related field; • At least 2 years prior experience in content management, knowledge management, taxonomy management, or digital content operations; • Experience working with content publishing systems, knowledge bases, and support platforms; • Strong understanding of information architecture, metadata, and taxonomy principles; • Experience managing work items in Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar workflow management tools; • Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
