Job Description: BAE Systems is hiring a Program Task Manager to support our THAAD Development and Production programs. This is a great opportunity to join an outstanding team with a long-standing future and to build your Program Management career. In this role, you will perform tasks across all spectrums of Program Management with a focus on Control Account Management, Risk Management, change management, and program coordination. Location/Schedule/Travel: • This position will be based in Southern New Hampshire • This is a Hybrid role where you will work onsite on average 3 days a week and remote 2 days a week, based on business needs. • This position will involve 10% of travel, based on business need
Responsibilities: • Support program organization, planning, program management, and change management according to BAE life cycle management (LCM) processes • Serve as the Control Account Manager (CAM) for the program management team and evaluate program wide financial/schedule performance • Assume the responsibility for the program’s risk management activities, with a focus on timely and proactive risk management • Support change management activities including change proposals, scope management, and baseline change implementation. • Support and run program meetings to include agenda development, meeting coordination, action documentation, and execution follow-up • Engage cross-functional teams to understand program requirements and deliver all required products on time while minimizing duplicate and overlapping activities • Support program management including, requirements management, schedule estimating, cost estimating, earned value management (EVM), and risk and opportunity management • Meet financial commitments for orders, sales, profit, and cash flow

Required Skills and Education: • Bachelor's Degree and 6 years’ work experience • Experience in Program/Project Management • Knowledge of Program/Project Management methodologies, toolsets, process, and governance
