Job Description: BAE Systems seeks a technically proficient, detail-oriented individual with a solid foundation in electronics and a willingness to get their hands dirty while maintaining a critical lab environment. The ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance is essential. You will support the EA-37B Compass Call programs by sustaining our System Integration Laboratories (SILs).

Core responsibilities include: • Lab Maintenance: Primary focus - keeping two unclassified SILs running smoothly. This includes calibration, hardware replacement, and general upkeep (cleanliness & organization). • Issue Tracking & Resolution: Identifying, documenting, and resolving lab-related issues promptly. Reporting on status. • Support Internal Teams: Assisting software and systems engineers with their work by maintaining the lab environment and troubleshooting problems with RF electronics, communications systems, and related support equipment. • Proactive Supply Management: Identifying needed supplies and anticipating potential issues.

Required Skills and Education: • Security Clearance Eligibility: Critical. Must be able to obtain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access. This is often a lengthy process. • Education/Experience: Either: • Associate’s degree in an engineering/technical field plus 2+ years relevant experience. • 4+ years of direct engineering/technical experience.

• Technical Skills: Experience troubleshooting electronic equipment, specifically with RF, Radar, or Electronic Warfare systems. Ability to understand and annotate mechanical and electrical drawings. • Soft Skills: • Strong communication skills (written and verbal). • Team player with a proactive attitude. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills and Education: • Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering field. • Integration & Testing Experience: Experience with hardware, software, and systems integration and testing procedures. • Issue Tracking/Analysis: Familiarity with issue tracking systems like JIRA and knowledge of root cause analysis techniques. • Existing Clearance: Secret clearance.
