Production Operator II
Job Description: We are seeking a detail oriented and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Coating Specialist. Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to part masking and surface preparation, priming, painting, paint stripping, and chemical conversion coating.
The incumbent will be required to: • Operate equipment such as mixers, paint guns, and various respirator models • Perform quality control analyses as required to complete in-process batches and identifies variations • Execute processes that may generate high pressure and/or critical reactions and requires training in hazardous material handling and emergency procedures • Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations • Monitor and inspects work areas as needed • Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education: • Education: High School Diploma or GED. • Experience: 1+ years of prior coating experience.

Preferred Skills and Education: • Preferred hands-on experience applying chemical films, such as conversion coatings, anodizing, or other surface treatments, to various substrates for defense applications, including military aircraft, vehicles, or equipment.
