Job Description: The Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) Product Line is seeking a growth-oriented program leader. This individual will operate across the BAE Systems enterprise and within industry consortiums to shape open hardware and software standards, establish strategic relationships, and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is an owner. They embody our Product Line motto of “It’s Up to Us” by taking initiative, creating momentum, and finding paths through ambiguity rather than waiting for direction. They are equally comfortable with customers, engineers, business leaders, and executives, with the ability to translate between technical, strategic, and warfighter perspectives.

This person has a demonstrated history of running programs, growing programs, developing strong customer relationships, influencing without authority, and building networks across organizations. They have the executive presence to represent the company externally and the entrepreneurial mindset to identify and pursue opportunities that others may not see.

Responsibilities include - • Drive execution on a collection of programs • Identify and shape follow-on opportunities for current business • Coordinate across the BAE Systems AMS segment on open architecture strategy • Coordinate senior level customer meetings with BAE Systems business leaders
