Job Description: We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team of innovators and technologists. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption, develop and implement AI solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. A key focus of this role will be on designing and implementing the infrastructure required to support AI systems, including data pipelines, model training, and model serving. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and deploying AI agents that can interact with users, systems, and other agents to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models using various tools and technologies such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to identify business problems and develop AI-powered solutions • Develop and maintain large-scale AI systems, including: + Data pipelines: design and implement data architectures that support AI and machine learning workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and storage + Model training: develop and implement model training pipelines that can handle large datasets and complex models + Model serving: develop and implement model serving systems that can handle high-volume traffic and low-latency requirements • Design and implement AI agent architectures that can interact with users, systems, and other agents to achieve business goals, including: - Natural Language Processing (NLP) agents that can understand and respond to user input - Computer Vision agents that can analyze and respond to visual data - Autonomous agents that can make decisions and take actions without human intervention • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems, including: - Monitoring: develop and implement monitoring systems that can track AI system performance and detect anomalies - Logging: develop and implement logging systems that can track AI system activity and provide insights for debugging and optimization - Debugging: develop and implement debugging tools and techniques that can help identify and resolve issues with AI systems • Collaborate with product managers to develop AI-powered product features and roadmaps • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new ones • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and model explanations
Required Skills and Education: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of experince and education • 2+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, including hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, or Azure Machine Learning • Strong understanding of computer vision, natural language processing, or other AI applications • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
