Description Our Denver Distribution site is seeking an Operations Administrator. We are seeking a motivated team member to assist in the management of our day-to-day activities. This position reports to the Site Operations Manager, works with operations, sales, and partners with third-party vendors to provide reliable service to meet our customer’s needs. Key Functions & Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage data and systems for sales and operations using full suite of Microsoft Office programs and internal driving systems. Manage proof of delivery documents and paperwork for audit compliance Provide general administrative support to include processing mail, filing, printing, ordering of supplies, scheduling, and facilitating payment services. Work as a member of the team to continuously improve cost and efficiency. Release and prepares work for the day for leadership team to distribute to operations associates. Pull and ship via UPS, small orders as needed from the sales team Schedule and manage optimization and manual production process. Utilizes optimizer tool to schedule and release production orders to Cutters. Makes all necessary changes to production orders before releasing to Cutters. Manage all inbound truck and railcar activities including checking in, printing paperwork and any problem solving and corrections needed. Provides leadership in sites safety programs participating in the team, scheduling trainings, tracking activities etc. We manufacture and sell an innovative collection of proven structural framing materials to the residential, multi-family and light commercial markets, and provide seamless building solutions, from design to installation to support. This team moves fast, works smart and never stops pushing to be and stay number one in the industry.
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Qualifications 2+ years of work experience preferred. College degree preferred. Proficient in the use of PC skills, including MS Office programs. Strong communication skills (oral & written). Works well individually as well as collaboratively within a high performing team dynamic. What We Offer...
Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting an hourly range of $24.10 - $36.11 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash incentive targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
