Summary:

Ensures adequate parts inventory in accordance with inventory cycles, production demands, and organizational goals of the branch. Conducts inventory counts to solve inventory and process problems. Ensures that supporting department tasks, milestones, and goals are met, adhering to approved policies and budgets of the branch.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Process job order part returns and remove from RO and put parts away. Conduct audits on work order kits and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure parts within inventory management system are up to date, in a timely, accurate manner to minimize the impacts on operations. Conduct inventory counts and maintain inventory records in accordance with company standards. Prepare and process parts shipping to and from paint shop internal or external and record data on paint tracker. Perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of parts operations. Monitor all parts request to ensure they are issued to work orders. Reports to Inventory Control Manager

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: Required Skills and Qualifications:

1 to 3 years’ experience in related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years parts experience. Detail oriented and accurate. General mechanical aptitude and experience with parts required. Knowledge of hydraulic, heavy equipment, diesel truck parts and/or farm equipment helpful. General aptitude in working with common computer software (MS Office Suite, Internet, etc.) for data and operational analysis. In depth knowledge of inventory software and the processes within that directly affect parts inventory. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a positive service experience. This includes internal client assessments, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Working Conditions:

Work is conducted inside and outside during all-weather types Tasks may involve moderate to heavy physical labor Walking, climbing, standing, sitting, and lifting are required

Physical Requirements:

Be able to grip, pull and push heavy objects Ability to work with hands and perform routine lifting to 100lbs Stand for extended periods of time
