We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our team on 2nd Shift! This position will be based at our Fort Worth, TX facility.

You’ll make an impact by:

Primary responsibilities include Receiving and Shipping and will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Planning to support production while leading a team of 10-20 team members. Teams accurate and efficient receipt of products, storing inventory, and shipping products to our customers. Handling team schedules and daily assignments. Continuous improvement, standard processes, root cause and resolution.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities: You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years’ experience in manufacturing processes and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, Vendor Managed Inventory, Consignment, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply-chain management are strongly desired, although a combination of educations (High School Diploma or GED) and directly related work experience will also be considered. Proven leadership skills with the ability to work with various levels in an organization. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) with excellent verbal, written and presentations skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management with proven delivery and improvement project in a manufacturing environment. Lean, Six Sigma, Root Cause and/or Continuous Improvement skills (APICS/CPM Accreditation)

The pay range for this position is $61,547 - $105,509 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
