Account Specialist Fresh produce expertise and customer-specific solutions are at the core of what we do! - 32-40 hours - Bergambacht - €2,500-3,500 per month The position: You're the linchpin of our organization. You support the sales team in preparing quotes and orders, maintain contact with suppliers and production, and ensure that inventory records are kept up to date. You enjoy answering the phone and helping customers with their questions, and you also work with management to develop the account plan for the coming year. Your responsibilities: - Developing a strong and trusting relationship between key customers and the organization. - Resolving problems and complaints. - In-depth needs assessment of key accounts. - Anticipating changes and developing improvement plans. - Streamline communication between key accounts and internal teams. - Negotiating contracts and establishing timelines. - Meet all of the client's needs and deliverables according to the established timelines. - Building relationships and attracting new customers - Monitoring market trends and competitor activities - Developing and refining the sales plan; establishing target budgets based on sales forecasts - Monitoring Revenue and Profit Contributions - Advising clients - Finalizing (administrative) transactions through the accurate and timely submission of data - Providing customers with information about product specifications, product differences, and other details - Keep track of market developments, competitor activities, and other relevant details, and report to your manager and discuss the actions to be taken. - Visiting and Participating in Trade Shows Casteleijn Stroopwafels is a family-owned business.
