This is a full-time onsite internship role based in Singapore. This role runs from May to December 2026. You will be fully onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will help plan and implement employee engagement and culture activities that support employees (and interns) development, wellness and inclusivity at workYou will develop editorial content that supports employee engagement, through internal channels like email announcement, intranetYou will analyze metrics of employee engagement efforts and assess effectivenessYou will support end-to-end intern experience in Singapore; from hiring to onboarding and engaging them throughout their stint at Grab. Familiar with Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, CanvaProficiency in using Gen AI solutions to address real-life problems within HR Life at Grab
