Get to Know the Team
The Group Marketplace team manages Grab's marketplaces across Southeast Asia. The team works with partners across multiple departments in Grab to build improvements through marketplace levers such as pricing, incentives and allocation. You will be part of the team that generates business insights and propose data-driven strategic plans to grow the transport business.
Get to Know the Role
You will use data-driven insights to create a sustainable, reliable and efficient marketplace for Grab's transport business. We are looking for you to have (a) familiarity with large datasets and experience piecing together data to form insights and (b) ability to work with many different teams including Product and Country Operations. Reporting to Marketplace Manager (Mobility), you will be based onsite at our Ortigas office with flexible work arrangements.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
You will lead projects involving teams to improve metrics on all sides of the marketplaceYou will propose new experiments and own end-to-end experimentation process including experiment design, rollout and analysis of resultsYou will monitor daily marketplace metrics, investigate short-term anomalies and troubleshoot with the product teamYou will develop daily tactical solutions and longer-term strategic plans to improve marketplace dynamicsYou will work with different teams and departments to support goals and projects of Grab as a whole What Essential Skills You Will Need
You have 3 years+ of relevant working experience with a focus on data analysis and project managementYou have graduated bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant fieldsYou can perform complex functions in Excel with exposure to SQL or Python with the ability to provide data-driven recommendationsExperience delivering clear, engaging presentations with proficiency in both Filipino and English Life at Grab
