*Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities * Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy * Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods * Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive customer interactions
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or related fields; experience in technology sales is a plus * Multilingual or bilingual abilities (English required) to serve diverse customer bases effectively * Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening skills * Time management capabilities * Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
