About Our Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Consumer Programs, you are responsible for the oversight of the province's residential tenancies program by directing public information, dispute resolution, policy development and program modernization activities. Responsible for the entire residential tenancies program, which settles disputes between landlords and tenants through a tribunal process. This includes the management of a team of professionals and mentoring/coaching to ensure the priorities and objections of the residential tenancies program are met.
