About this role
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Recommend measures to improve productivity . Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise workers and projects. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Train or arrange for training. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Read blueprints and electrical schematics. Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Workplace information: On the road job.
