We are hiring a Senior Program Manager to strengthen how Grab Tech plans, governs, and gains visibility into its technology investments. The role will report to the Head of Tech PMO.

Tech budget planning and financial governancePortfolio-level investment visibilitySystems and workflow automationCross-functional partnership with Engineering, Finance, and Tech StrategyYou will bring structure, analytical rigor, and scalable systems to how Tech allocates and tracks capital to enable better, data-driven decision-making at leadership level.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Drive structured budgeting and forecasting across Tech (OPEX, CAPEX, headcount, vendors, infra)Improve forecast accuracy and variance transparencyBuild portfolio-level visibility into Tech investment allocationSupport scenario modeling and investment trade-off analysisModernize reporting workflows and reduce manual spreadsheet relianceDevelop dashboards, reporting pipelines and internal management systemsPartner with Engineering, Finance, and Tech Strategy to align governance with strategic priorities What Essential Skills You Will Need
5–8+ years in Strategy, BizOps, Consulting, Tech Operations, or FP&A with strong strategic exposureStrong structured thinking and problem-framing abilityFinancial fluency (budgeting, forecasting, modeling)Proficiency in scripting and AI toolingComfortable working with senior technical stakeholdersBias toward system-building over manual coordination
