Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: At heights. Wet/damp. Noisy. Outdoors. Tasks: Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards. Maintain financial records. Assist cleaners in performing duties. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Clean building exterior, tanks, chimneys and industrial equipment. Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
