About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Cut agricultural crops. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 3-4 people. Type of crops: Blueberries. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Employment terms options: Day. Weekend.
