About this role
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assess patients' physical abilities. Assist health care professionals. Carry out treatment programs, under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists, to rehabilitate patients with various injuries or disabilities. Help physical therapists. Maintain prescription records . Position patients for treatments by chiropractor or machine. Clean and maintain equipment. Plan physiotherapy programs. Assist chiropractor with physical examinations. Document patient rehabilitation progress. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Punctuality. Client focus. Interpersonal awareness. Accurate. Dependability. Flexibility. Organized. Reliability. Team player. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
