Tasks: Coordinate competitive programs . Develop well planned competitive schedules and programs . Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions. Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games. Participate in coaching clinic instruction. Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance. Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance. Present materials at conference or symposium. Participate in international competitions and sporting events. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Level 2 Certificate in Coaching. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Willing to travel. Work conditions and physical capabilities: 20/20 vision. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Interpersonal awareness. Reliability. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Does not require Canadian work experience.
