About this role
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Clean work area. Harvest crops. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Experience: 1 to less than 7 months. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth.
