Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Schedule events, programs and activities. Schedule work. Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Monitor quality and production levels. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Wash or dry-clean industrial or household articles. Supervision: 5-10 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Excellent oral communication.
