Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Associate to join our Community Nursing Service in South East and Central Northumberland. The post is to cover a secondment for 12 months. You will be an integral part of a community nursing team and our registered nurses will support you in delivering planned care to patients which will include wound care regimes, venepuncture, medication administration, catheterisation and palliative care. We are committed to lifelong learning and offer support to enhance your knowledge and skills to further your professional development.
